1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the ChatBabel website located at chat-babel.com (the "Service"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue your use of the Service.

All content, features, and functionality available on the ChatBabel Service, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, software, and the compilation thereof (the "Content") are the exclusive property of ChatBabel, its licensors, or other content suppliers, and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

• ChatBabel Marks: The "ChatBabel" name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of ChatBabel or its affiliates. You must not use such marks without our prior written permission.
• Your Content: By submitting, posting, or displaying content on the Service, you grant ChatBabel a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display such content solely for the purpose of operating and providing the Service.
• Limited License: Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your personal, non-commercial use.

5. Limitation of Liability

Our total cumulative liability to you for all claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you have paid to ChatBabel, if any, in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the liability, or one hundred US dollars ($100), whichever is greater.

YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK. THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. CHATBABEL EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

ChatBabel makes no warranty that (i) the Service will meet your requirements, (ii) the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, (iii) the results that may be obtained from the use of the Service will be accurate or reliable, or (iv) the quality of any products, services, information, or other material obtained by you through the Service will meet your expectations.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service or contact us to request account deletion. All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
